Tim Kirkland - Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department

Tim Kirkland is currently a Lieutenant with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department's Hazardous Materials Team. He is also employed as a Hazardous Materials and Terrorism Instructor with Florida Community College of Jacksonville. Tim was part of the Joint Hazardous Assessment Team with the FBI and military during Super Bowl 39.

He is a Paramedic and has received training in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) from the Department of Justice, Louisiana State University, the Center for Domestic Preparedness, the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center, New Mexico Tech, and International Association of Firefighters.
