| Andy Ross is a Captain with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, where he is currently assigned as the Deputy Commander of a patrol district. He is the senior ethics instructor for the Florida RCPI, where he has taught ethics, leadership and community policing courses since 1998. He has taught extensively throughout the State of Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Captain Ross has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Master’s Degree in Theology, both from St. Leo University. He is also a graduate of the 122nd session of the Southern Police Institute at the University of Louisville. He lives in Temple Terrace with his wife and 3 children.
