William Daniels - U.S. Attorney's Office, Middle District of Florida

William Daniels entered the field of emergency medical services in 1989 as an Emergency Medical Technician, where he frequently interacted with law enforcement and the victims of violent crime in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. In 1992, he founded Clark International, Inc., a security consulting firm representing VIPS and clients’ assets in multiple states. In 1995, he entered the law enforcement profession as a sworn police officer, eventually serving as a field trainer to new recruits and as part of a special narcotics felony enforcement unit.

In 1997, he was serving as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Justice, Law Enforcement Coordination Committee of the U. S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Georgia, and in 1998 assumed the position of Law Enforcement Coordinator and Community Resource Specialist for the U. S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida, with a jurisdiction spanning 35 counties. There he coordinates the efforts of 13 Weed & Seed sites and 9 Drug Education for Youth (DEFY) sites and monitors a cumulative special initiatives budget of approximately $3 million annually. Mr. Daniels is also president of the Hardwick Group, Inc. a consulting firm specializing in technical assistance in the areas of community-law enforcement relations, human diversity and public diversity and public & private special initiatives.
