The class was very informative and the instructors were excellent. Being that it was a sensitive subject matter, the instructors were able to disseminate the information in a professional manner which created a very good environment for class participation. I hope that other Fire Departments have the opportunity to attend this class and receive this very important information to help with their own.

Battalion Chief Jay Steiner
Seminole County Fire Rescue
