About Us The RCPI at St. Petersburg College provides progressive public safety training throughout the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. With nearly 12 years of curriculum development and delivery experience, the RCPI's cutting-edge training topics include human trafficking, ethics and integrity, sexual predator/offender awareness, dealing with the mentally ill and problem-solving strategies in community policing. The Institute can adapt its training to fit your agency, community or business needs. Evening and weekend classes are available and training modules may be modified to allow for limited time allotments.
